Before you book.

A licensed operator. It owns or manages the aircraft and employs the crew. We check its Air Operator Certificate before you see a quote.

We reply within one business day.

You pay the operator for the flight. You pay us our fee. We never hold the money for your flight.

The operator's terms apply. We send them with the quote. The quote also says if our fee is refundable.

No. We act as your agent. Your contract for the flight is with the operator.
